Inter alia‚ the company is subject to provisions regarding the disclosure of passenger details to government authorities in the countries of origin and/or destination (including immigration‚ customs and security authorities) and‚ in certain cases‚ authorities in countries over which you fly. Booking a flight ticket on the website means that this is acceptable to you and that you authorize the company to use the information as necessary for it to provide the requested service. It is clarified that where information about you is provided to the company from a third party located in the European Economic Area‚ including other authorities and/or airlines‚ it will be subject to the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Instructions regarding data transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area)‚ 5783-2023.
