1. Air Haifa website terms

• 1.1 The website airhaifa.com ("the Website") is owned and operated by Air Haifa Ltd.‚ Company No. 516787173 ("the Company").

• 1.2 The Website serves‚ among other things‚ as an online platform for obtaining information regarding the Company's flights and for booking flight tickets and ancillary services. Any use and/or action of any kind performed by you on the Website from any device‚ including ordering a product and/or service‚ means that you have read‚ understood‚ and given your consent to the general Terms of Use detailed on this page‚ the Website's Privacy Policy‚ and any other regulations and/or policies detailed on the Website relating to such use; and that you and/or anyone on your behalf shall have no claim and/or demand against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf. If any of these terms are unacceptable to you‚ you must refrain from using the Website.

• 1.3 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice or warning. Any such update shall take effect immediately upon its publication on the Website‚ and your continued use of the Website after the update means that you have accepted and agreed to the updated terms.

• 1.4 The fact that a certain product and/or service is displayed during the booking process as available in stock does not guarantee its availability in stock at the completion of the booking process‚ and the Company shall not bear responsibility and/or any type of damage‚ direct or indirect‚ on account thereof.

• 1.5 By using the Website‚ you declare that: (1) you are over 18 years of age and legally competent to perform legal actions; (2) your use of the Website is made for lawful and legitimate purposes of obtaining information and/or booking flight tickets and/or ancillary services for yourself or for another person who has authorized you to do so on their behalf and who has given their consent to these Terms of Use and any other regulations and/or policies on the Website relating to such use; (3) all information provided by you is correct‚ complete‚ accurate‚ and up-to-date. It is clarified that knowingly or without authorization submitting false details may constitute a criminal offense. Civil and/or criminal legal measures may be taken against anyone who provides false details‚ including tort claims for damages caused to the Company as a result.

• 1.6 The Company reserves the right to block access to the Website and/or parts thereof and to cancel an order placed at its sole discretion‚ including‚ but not limited to‚ any user whom the Company believes has violated these Terms of Use and/or acted in a manner that gives rise to a fear of harming the Company‚ without the need for prior notice and without prejudice to any other remedy available to the Company under any law.

• 1.7 The Company is entitled to terminate the operations of the Website‚ in whole or in part‚ for a limited time or permanently‚ or to reduce and/or restrict it‚ all without any prior notice.

• 1.13 The Company may offer promotions‚ benefits‚ and discounts on the Website‚ as well as update‚ terminate‚ or limit them from time to time‚ without the need for prior notice and at its sole discretion.

• 1.14 Ordering a service and/or product on the Website is conditional upon receiving approval from the credit card company for the execution of the charge‚ as well as receiving a confirmation of the execution of the booking‚ which will be sent to you by the Company.

• 1.15 It is clarified that conditions related to the process of ordering a service and/or product on the Website are detailed in the Booking and Services Regulations appearing on the Website.

• 1.16 All intellectual property rights in the Company‚ including copyrights‚ trademarks‚ patents‚ and methods‚ are the sole property of the Company. These rights apply‚ among other things‚ to the graphic design of the Company's website‚ including logos‚ icons‚ verbal presentations‚ etc.‚ the databases therein (including lists of services and/or products‚ their descriptions‚ etc.)‚ the computer code of the website‚ its internet address‚ and any other detail related to its operation.

• 1.17 No information from the Website (including trademarks‚ images‚ texts‚ and computer code) may be copied‚ reproduced‚ distributed‚ sold‚ marketed‚ or translated without obtaining the express prior written permission of the Company.

• 1.18 No commercial use may be made of the data published by the Company‚ the Company's database‚ the lists of services and/or products appearing on the Website‚ or other details published within its framework without obtaining the prior written consent of the Company.

• 1.19 The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms of Use and/or any action or dispute arising from use of any kind shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and shall be clarified‚ if necessary‚ in the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

2. Third-party services

• 2.1 This Website may include references‚ links‚ or options to purchase ancillary services‚ such as accommodation services‚ insurance‚ car rental‚ etc.‚ which are provided solely by third parties ("the Ancillary Services").

• 2.2 The Ancillary Services are not provided by the Company‚ and booking them constitutes a separate and independent agreement between you and the relevant service provider. The Company is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the Ancillary Services‚ including their availability‚ price‚ terms‚ quality‚ content‚ supply‚ changes‚ cancellations‚ refunds‚ customer service provided within their framework‚ or any other matter concerning them.

• 2.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise‚ booking a flight and booking an ancillary service are separate and independent transactions from one another. Accordingly‚ any change‚ delay‚ cancellation‚ or failure to show up for a flight does not grant any right to change‚ cancel‚ or receive a refund in connection with an ancillary service‚ and vice versa.

• 2.4 To the extent required for providing the ancillary service or realizing a benefit associated with it‚ the Company may transfer basic information required for identifying you as a customer of the Company to the service provider‚ all in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the ancillary service constitutes consent to the transfer of such information. Upon entering the service provider's website‚ the processing of information is subject to the privacy policy of the relevant service provider.

• 2.5 Payment for the Ancillary Services is carried out solely vis-à-vis the relevant service provider. The Company is not a party to the payment transaction and is not responsible for any charge‚ credit‚ refund‚ or dispute in connection with payment for the ancillary service. Accordingly‚ the Company shall not bear responsibility for any damage‚ loss‚ expense‚ or payment‚ direct or indirect‚ resulting from the use of the Ancillary Services or from the engagement with the service providers.
