Everything with us is simple: we offer one ticket type that fits everyone - Flex.
With a Flex ticket‚ you can bring one personal item (such as a shoulder bag) or a small backpack on board‚ and you can change or cancel your flight up to 24 hours before departure.
Everything else can be added for an additional fee if you choose.

How to book a flight on the website?

Select your origin and destination cities‚ travel dates‚ and number of travelers on the homepage.

Choose your preferred flight from the available results by clicking on the fare that suits you.

Select a seat and add checked baggage or a carry-on if needed.

Pay by credit card or Air Haifa credit on the secure payment page.

Once your booking is complete‚ your flight details and booking confirmation will be sent by email.

Changes and cancellations

We are always happy to welcome you on our flights‚ but we understand that plans can change.
If you would like to change your flight and choose a different date‚ you can do so free of charge through “My booking” on the website up to 24 hours before departure. If the new flight is more expensive than the original one‚ you will only pay the fare difference - no change fee applies.
If needed‚ you may cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight in your itinerary and receive credit for a future purchase with Air Haifa. The credit will be valid for two years from the cancellation date.
If you do not cancel in time‚ the full amount will be charged‚ even if you do not show up for the flight‚ all subject to applicable law.

How do I cancel and receive credit?

To cancel your flight‚ log in to the “My booking” section on the website using your booking code (as shown in your confirmation email) and the last name in English of one of the passengers. Then click the “Cancel flight” button.

Once the cancellation is completed‚ the credit will be transferred to the account of the main passenger in the booking‚ according to the email address provided at the time of booking.

We recommend that you log in before completing your payment.
However‚ if you have already booked and did not create an account‚ you can still receive credit!

  • Click on “Log in” on the homepage and select "Forgot password?"
  • Enter the email address of the main passenger from the original booking and complete the reset process
  • Log in to your personal area using the lead passenger’s email address and the new password create
  • Retrieve the relevant booking and cancel it as explained above
  • The credit will be transferred to your account once the cancellation is completed

How do I use my credit?

First‚ log in to the personal account where the credit is stored.
After logging in‚ you can use the credit as a payment method when booking a flight.
If the total booking amount is higher than the credit available in your account‚ select both credit card payment and Air Haifa credit on the payment page.
If the total booking amount is lower than the available credit‚ you may pay entirely with credit‚ and the remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.

Passenger types

  • Adult: Passengers who have reached their 12th birthday by the start date of travel
  • Child: Passengers aged 2 to 11 years (until their 12th birthday) are entitled to their own seat on the flight
  • Baby: Passengers who have not yet reached their second birthday at the start date of travel. Babies do not receive their own seat and must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap during the flight. If a baby turns two during the trip‚ a one-way baby ticket and a return child ticket must be booked. At least one adult is required per booking
